I am a clinical negligence solicitor based in Irwin Mitchell’s Manchester office, offering expertise in both medical and dental negligence claims.

Before embarking on a career in law, I studied Dentistry at King’s College London and practised as a dentist in London and Liverpool. I currently manage my own varied caseload of dental and medical claims in addition to helping colleagues with complex and high value cases.

I’m a member of the Irwin Mitchell Charitable Foundation, organising fundraising events for both local and national charities. I also teach reading to children at a local inner city primary school as part of our Community Scheme.

    Lawyers Instructed After Elderly Woman Left Needing Further Medical Treatment Following Failed Surgery

    “These kinds of incidents are on the NHS never events list because they just simply should not happen. “While the Trust has now, over a year since the initial operation, admitted to Margaret and her family the failings during the initial operation and subsequent care, Margaret is still understandably extremely upset due to the continued health issues these failings have caused. “It is imperative that every time a never event occurs it is thoroughly investigated and that information shared across the NHS so that they can eliminate these incidents once and for all.”
