Biography
Sarah is based in our Manchester office and has considerable experience in all real estate transactions. She primarily acts for corporate investors and occupiers.
She advises both landlords and tenants with acquisitions and disposals of both freehold and leasehold properties, including pre-lettings. She also deals with general asset management and secured lending.
Sarah’s experience is mainly in the retail and leisure sector but extends to dealings with all types of commercial premises.
