I am a partner in the Real Estate transactions team in Manchester and co-lead the firm’s occupiers’ group. I advise both occupiers and landlords on a broad range of property matters, with a particular focus on asset and portfolio management.

I have extensive experience advising clients across the industrial, logistics, office and retail sectors, including the management of large multi-site portfolios. I support clients throughout the full property lifecycle, from acquisitions and disposals to lease renewals, alterations, relocations and exits.

What are your core areas of expertise and which clients do you typically advise?

I advise on asset and portfolio management for landlords and tenants. These are generally mid-market corporates, but I also work with some PLCs and charities across a broad range of sectors.

Much of my work comes from longstanding client relationships and repeat instructions, reflecting the value clients place on responsive, commercially focused advice and a detailed understanding of their businesses.
