Sarah Swann

I am based in our Manchester office and have considerable experience in all real estate transactions. I primarily act for corporate investors and occupiers.

I advise both landlords and tenants with acquisitions and disposals of both freehold and leasehold properties, including pre-lettings. I also deal with general asset management and secured lending.

My experience is mainly in the retail and leisure sector but extends to dealings with all types of commercial premises.
