Biography
I first started working in the field of immigration and asylum law in 2017 for the South Yorkshire Refugee Law & Justice charity. Working as a caseworker and translator alongside completing my Masters degree really exposed me to the exciting, everchanging and sometimes quite difficult field of immigration law, and I realised I just needed to work in this field!
I also completed my undergraduate law degree in Brighton, my LPC at the University of Law in Manchester and I hold a Masters degree in International Law and Global Justice (Human Rights) from the University of Sheffield. My Masters thesis was focussed on the legality of evidence obtained via torture.
I have a keen interest in corporate immigration (such as sponsor licence, Skilled Worker and GBM matters) as well as Global Talent matters, and I love seeing how immigration law ties into other areas for clients, such as corporate/commercial and employment law, as well as family law.
Outside of work, I'm a musician and painter, as well as being a keen aerial and fire artist.
