Biography
I'm a qualified Chartered Legal Executive with over 15 years' experience, advising on all areas of employment law including ET litigation.
I regularly advise businesses on day-to-day HR matters, such as disciplinaries and grievances, TUPE, performance management and settlement agreements, as well as defending ET claims.
I have extensive experience in both claimant and respondent work.
