Biography
I advise and assist clients in resolving will and estate disputes. This includes: claims concerning the validity of a will, due to: a lack of testamentary capacity, undue influence, lack of knowledge and approval as well as due execution or original drafting issues.
I advise on claims for reasonable financial provision from estates as well as disputes between executors and beneficiaries or executors themselves concerning the administration of an estate.
I have expertise dealing with individuals and professional clients who may be beneficiaries, executors or trustees. I also have expertise in contested Court of Protection cases, including:
- Statutory wills
- Appointments of deputies or attorneys
- Misappropriation of assets or disputes as to financial arrangements.
I also have a great deal of experience in conducting successful mediations for clients.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
I find bringing a claim to a successful conclusion for a client really rewarding, especially when I’ve helped uncovered and proven the opponent’s significant wrongdoing.
