    More about Samantha

I understand that bringing a claim against a public authority or dealing with an inquest is overwhelming, particularly when you are already dealing with the effects of what has happened. You may be facing a public authority with a wealth of resources and a desire to aggressively defend claims against them. My role therefore is to guide you through the legal process, explain and assess your options and secure the best outcome possible for you, whether that is compensation, answers about what happened, accountability from a public authority, and/or lessons being learned to prevent similar harm occurring in the future.

I start by taking the time to understand your circumstances and objectives through taking full instructions, requesting and reviewing evidence, identifying legal issues and developing a case strategy tailored to your individual case. Throughout your case, I will provide honest advice about the strengths and challenges of your claim and keep you informed of developments.
