Biography
Sabrina continues to gain a broad experience across all areas of commercial litigation. Sabrina has particular expertise in dealing with data protection claims, ICO investigations and data subject access requests. She also has experience dealing with claims relating to professional negligence, breach of confidence and contractual disputes, and qualified as a solicitor in 2017.
Recent highlights:
- Acting for the executors of a trust in respect of an appeal to the Supreme Court.
- Advising an investment company in respect of a complex, multi-jurisdictional, multi-million pound dispute.
- Advising in respect of a restrictive covenant dispute involving breach of confidence and reputation management issues.
