My specialty is cases that arise from childhood abuse. I’ve worked for victims of sexual and physical abuse and neglect. I have experience making claims against local authorities, schools, religious organisations and children’s homes.
I also specialise in medical negligence cases. I’ve made claims against hospitals, GPs and other health professionals. I have experience claiming for delays in diagnosis, surgical errors and inadequate care and treatment.
I’ve always wanted a challenging career which would let me help people find justice. I also like working for clients to solve problems, which at first may have appeared impossible.
Making sure my client is listened to, and is able to get what they deserve. I enjoy giving them the means and ability to overcome past experiences.
I enjoy working with an extremely talented and diverse group of people. We all work to do the best for our clients, and push boundaries wherever possible. Everyone here is friendly and approachable. We also have access to a range of expert legal knowledge whenever it’s needed.
I enjoy reading when I have a quiet moment. I also love travelling and exploring new places.
“What was meant to be a joyous occasion turned into heartbreak for Tiffany and James.
“For a number of months they have had many concerns about the care that Jenson received. Sadly evidence heard at the inquest and the Health Board’s own admissions have validated these concerns.
“Whilst nothing will ever change what the family have been through, we welcome the Coroner’s conclusions and note that a number of areas have been identified to improve patient care.
“We now call on the Health Board to ensure all staff are aware of what changes need to be made and that all recommendations are implemented, so hopefully others don’t have to suffer the devastation that Tiffany, James and the rest of the family have gone through.
“We will continue to support the family at this extremely upsetting time.”
“Jenson’s death has had a profound effect on Tiffany and all the family who are all still struggling to come to terms with what has happened.
They have a number of questions about the care Tiffany and Jenson received after they were admitted to hospital and hope that the inquest process will provide them with the vital answers they deserve.”
