Biography
Richard is a solicitor based in our Sheffield office in the legal expenses team, specialising in Property Litigation.
He acts for both individuals and businesses handling a wide range of domestic and commercial issues including trespassing, nuisance, landlord and tenant disputes and breach of covenant claims.
Richard is a strong advocate of Alternative Dispute Resolution including mediation as a way of settling disputes in order to avoid litigation.
Richard qualified as a solicitor in 1988.
