Rebecca Stratford

I am a commercial solicitor based in our Birmingham office, having completed my training contract in our Sheffield office. I advise clients on a broad range of commercial matters, with particular expertise in the automotive and manufacturing sectors.

I spend one day a week on secondment with a household name automotive brand, which gives me valuable insight into the commercial and operational challenges businesses face. My work covers a wide variety of commercial contracts, including IT and technology procurement, logistics, fleet management, and media and marketing.

I also have a strong interest in data protection and regularly support clients in sharing data compliantly while achieving their commercial objectives.

My approach is practical, collaborative, and commercially focused. I take the time to understand each client’s business and deliver tailored legal solutions that support growth and manage risk effectively.
