With over 17 years' experience specialising in insolvency, restructuring and business recovery, Rebecca has advised on a wide range of turnaround, restructuring and insolvency matters. Her experience spans both contentious and non-contentious insolvency work, acting for officeholders, lenders, directors, creditors and other stakeholders involved in insolvency and restructuring processes.

Drawing on this practical experience, Rebecca supports the Restructuring & Insolvency team in delivering commercially focused, up-to-date advice by leading legal knowledge, training and innovation initiatives. She monitors developments in insolvency law and practice, oversees the creation of technical guidance and thought leadership, and helps ensure clients benefit from the latest legal and market insights.
