MH v Catton Hall Shooting Ground - successful claim for damages arising out of an eye/blinding injury sustained during a paintball game.

A case involving a husband and wife where the wife sadly died and the husband suffered his own serious injuries in a serious road traffic collision - both successfully concluded.
