Biography
I'm a paralegal in the Serious Injury Team, specialising in traumatic brain injury and Spinal Cord injury claims.
I've worked at Irwin Mitchell for over 10 years, having started in the Accounts Department before moving to the Special Damages Unit and finally to the Serious Injury Team in 2017.
What inspired you to get into law?
I was fairly late getting into law, but I love the fact that no two cases are the same and that it's a role where you continue to learn no matter how experienced you are.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
Helping clients and their families during the most traumatic of times.
We're very fortunate in that we have the opportunity to build relationships with our clients and their families and can see the wonderful progress they make.
What do you like about working at Irwin Mitchell?
The best thing about working at Irwin Mitchell is definitely the great team that I work with. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they're also a lovely group of people to spend time with.
What do you do away from the office?
Travelling is number one for me outside of work - highlights so far are definitely Croatia and the Canadian Rockies. I'm also currently studying to become a Chartered Legal Executive, which keeps me busy outside of the office.
Testimonials
"After a serious motorbike accident 3 years ago I instructed Irwin Mitchell to act on my behalf for a personal injury claim. Many thanks to Rachel Aram, Alicia Townsend and Rachel wason and the rest of the team for everything they have done for me. They've shown a great deal of care and compassion towards me and my family and I couldn't be any more grateful! I would highly recommend anyone in need to use Irwin Mitchell and their team as I would of given more than 5 stars if I could have." - 5* Trustpilot review
