Rachel's part of our Commercial Growth team and leads the management and development of our firms retainer products, including IMhrplus, IM Educate and Bank of Hours services.
She has over 15 years' experience of account and relationship management and has worked with a wide range of businesses, from start-ups, to SME's and blue-chip organisations. Rachel's passionate about client experience and always strives to go that extra mile.
