Poppy is a solicitor in the Southern Employment Team. She provides advice to clients on a wide variety of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters including employment contracts and policies, disciplinary and grievance matters, holiday entitlement and pay, long-term sickness absences, redundancies, settlement agreements, employment tribunals and any other aspect of the employment relationship. In particular, Poppy has experience advising employers on managing industrial relations and trade disputes and in the education sector.
Poppy also regularly presents at events such as webinars, roundtables and employment tribunals, and talks to HR professionals on employment related matters, including menopause awareness in the workplace, redundancies, wellbeing in the workplace and more.
