• Represented a client in children proceedings who was facing a number of allegations from the other parent, who was being denied contact with the child due to those allegations. Secured a judgment that saw no findings being made against the client and an immediate resumption of contact including return of the child to their home city so that contact could resume. 
• Represented a client in concurrent financial remedy, children proceedings and injunctive proceedings with an abusive ex-partner and significant involvement of additional family members. Secured a judgment that saw the ex-partner have no contact with the children, and a financial order that provided the majority of equity to our client to ensure that future housing needs could be met. 
• Assisted with representing a client in protracted TOLATA proceedings and concurrent children proceedings which were unusually consolidated into one, in the High Court. Case involved allegations of sexual abuse against a minor that occurred outside of the jurisdiction and case preparation included liaising with third party organisations outside of the jurisdiction to attempt to gather evidence.
• Assisted with representing a client in financial remedy proceedings in the High Court with the other party residing outside of the jurisdiction, who was failing to provide adequate disclosure, repeatedly failed to comply with directions and failed to attend a final hearing across several days. The case was reported following securing a favourable judgment for our client.
