I'm a solicitor in the Court of Protection team based in our Birmingham office.
I specialise in areas of mental capacity and Court of Protection work including, Statutory Wills and the management of high value Deputyships and Personal Injury Trusts. I am experienced in supporting vulnerable clients and providing advice both to members of the public and professionals.
I support a range of clients who do not have the capacity or ability to manage their assets and financial affairs. I also closely assist our Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Departments in providing necessary support for adults and children who have suffered an injury as a result of an accident or negligence.
What Inspired You To Get Into Law?
The idea of helping people has always played a key role in my decision to get into law, as a solicitor in our Court of Protection Team I get to offer support and assistance on a daily basis to some of those who need it most.
Working in the Court of Protection department gives me the opportunity to apply the skills that I developed in my legal education whilst achieving my goal to help others.
What Is The Most Rewarding Aspect Of Your Role?
The most rewarding aspect of my role is being part of my client’s journey following a serious injury and knowing that I have played part in helping them to achieve their goals.

Away from the office I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking and exploring new places!
