Biography
I'm a solicitor in the Court of Protection team based in our Birmingham office.
I specialise in areas of mental capacity and Court of Protection work including, Statutory Wills and the management of high value Deputyships and Personal Injury Trusts. I am experienced in supporting vulnerable clients and providing advice both to members of the public and professionals.
I support a range of clients who do not have the capacity or ability to manage their assets and financial affairs. I also closely assist our Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Departments in providing necessary support for adults and children who have suffered an injury as a result of an accident or negligence.
