Biography
Olivia is an Associate in the Will, Trust, and Estate Disputes Team, having joined Irwin Mitchell in 2024. Olivia qualified as a solicitor in March 2019 and has specialised in disputes relating to Wills, trusts and estates, ever since.
Olivia has acted for trustees, Executors and beneficiaries managing a wide range of disputes, many of which have been complex and of high value, including:
- Claims for reasonable financial provision pursuant to the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975;
- Disputes about the validity of a Will or its proper interpretation;
- Disputes concerning the administration of a trust or an estate; and
- Allegations of maladministration against a trustee or personal representative of an estate.
