Nina Mandziuk

I specialise in representing clients who have sustained life changing injuries as a result of road traffic collisions, accidents at work and accidents in a public place. 

I also have experience in representing family members who have lost loved ones in tragic circumstances and securing compensation to support the victim's family. 

I have a particular interest in those accidents resulting in brain injury or orthopaedic injury.

What do you like about working at Irwin Mitchell?

I am fortunate to work with a team of supportive solicitors who are all experts in their fields. As a team, we work collaboratively to ensure we get the best possible outcome for our clients.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?

I have always loved meeting clients, building a relationship with them and guiding them through what is an extremely difficult and stressful time in their lives. 

It is extremely rewarding to bring a case to conclusion and to know you have secured the best possible settlement for your client and knowing that this can make a real difference and assist the client to move forward with their lives. 

It is a privilege to be able to help my clients secure rehabilitation and see how this can make such a positive difference to their lives.

What inspired you to get into law?

I chose a career in law as I wanted a career that was challenging but also rewarding. I wanted a career which involved helping people and making a difference. 

What do you do away from the office?

On the weekends, I love to spend time with my friends and family, trying out new restaurants, going to the theatre and going for long walks around Hampstead Heath.
