I am a Legal Executive specialising in international travel litigation, with experience in group litigation. I manage a team in the Birmingham office which handles group actions against UK-based tour operators, or single party actions against defendants in foreign countries.
I have expertise and experience in dealing with the following:
- General gastric illness
- Salmonella
- Giardia
- Campylobacter
- Cryptosporidium
