With over 10 years’ experience in UK immigration law, Nanayaa is an accomplished and passionate immigration solicitor, known for her breadth of expertise and dedication to clients.

She provides comprehensive assistance conducting thorough mock audits and assists clients in maintaining rigorous sponsor compliance.

What do you do away from the office?
I love planning events! At Irwin Mitchell, I launched an IM Respect initiative called TRIED IT. TRIED IT is an opportunity for our colleagues to eat food from around the world, bask in new cultures and dine at amazing restaurants around London. TRIED IT also helps us to get to know each other from around the London office – fostering our ONE IM mindset.
It has been a huge success - so far, we have experience food from Ethiopia, Sri Lanka and Jamaica and there's more to come!
