Biography
I'm a Solicitor in the Employment Team in Leeds. I started working for Irwin Mitchell as a trainee solicitor in 2017, qualifying into the Leeds Employment team in September 2019. I have extensive experience in Employment Tribunal litigation assisting both employees and employers with bringing and defending claims in the Employment Tribunal, most commonly claims of unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.
I also give advice on day to day employment issues such grievances, disciplinaries or managing sickness absence.
In addition, I run a HR futures group in the north bringing HR professionals together and keeping them up to date on current legal issues.
