Biography
I am a Trainee Costs Draftsman in the Costs department in our Sheffield office. I specialise in Group Action claims mostly of a travel litigation nature and serious injury abroad, and I have experience of costing claims with a large number of Clients. I have worked on a number of different matters including: Mesothelioma, Abuse, Clinical Negligence, Group Action and Serious Injury.
I undertake all aspects of the costs litigation process from preparing Bills of Costs, negotiations with Defendants, preparing Points of Reply and progressing matters to both Provisional and Detailed Assessment hearings.
I am currently studying to qualify as a Costs Lawyer.
