Biography
I'm a solicitor in the Will, Trust and Estate Disputes team based in our Manchester office.
I specialise in a wide range of Estate, Will and Trust disputes that may arise, including:
- Will validity challenges
- Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975
- Disputes surrounding the ownership of assets under the Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 and constructive trust cases
- Executor and trustee disputes
- Proprietary estoppel cases
- Financial abuse matters.
I act for private individuals nationally in both advancing and defending such claims.

What do you like about working at Irwin Mitchell?
I joined Irwin Mitchell in 2017 and they have always supported me with my training and growth. I feel lucky to work part of a national team which has a wealth of knowledge.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
The most rewarding aspect of my role is being there for people during their most vulnerable time of need, providing that human touch experience.
What inspired you to get into law?
From a young age, I had always been fascinated with the law. During primary school, a police officer attended one of our lessons to speak about his job and the legal world and from that day, I knew I wanted to be in law.
What do you do away from the office?
I enjoyed travelling and live music, if I'm not away visiting a new city, you'll find me at a concert or local gig.
