The key responsibilities of my role are managing the activities and development of the Financial Services Admin Team. I manage my team to deliver an exceptional client experience during prospect management, client on-boarding and on-going servicing touchpoints.
As well as developing the team, I help improve our service functions by embedding change into our activities and supporting our strategic business objectives.
In my role I support individuals and represent the team within the business. The work I carry out includes:
- Conducting 1-2-1’s
- Providing support and administrative duties for our financial advisers
- Liaising with both internal and external clients on a daily basis to arrange meetings
- Processing new business
- Repairing annual review paperwork
- Dealing with client requests.
What do you enjoy about working for Irwin Mitchell?
The most pleasing aspect of my role is to know what a difference we are making for our clients each and every day.
What do you do outside the office?
I enjoy spending time outdoors with our labradoodle Baxter (who is bonkers). We take him on long walks in an attempt to tire him out! I love to catch up with friends as often as possible over a cuppa or a glass of wine. One of my favourite pastimes is going to the theatre for a good old musical, nothing better to put you in a cheery smiley mood.
