Biography

I specialise in brand protection, enforcement, and dispute resolution in relation to a broad range of intellectual property rights including trademarks, design rights, copyright, domain names, company names, and complementary reputation management issues.

I work with UK and international clients ranging from SMEs to multinational corporations in diverse sectors such as hospitality and leisure, consumer products, sport, fashion, professional and financial services. I advise on a range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property issues including brand clearance exercises, filing and prosecution, Registry proceedings, dispute resolution, brand acquisitions, negotiating settlements and terms of co-existence. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients and colleagues to develop robust brand protection strategies for the exploitation, monitoring, and enforcement of intellectual property rights which enable clients to manage risk and reputation on an international scale.
