Biography
I'm an Associate Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) in our Gatwick office, being an integral part of the real estate team, with expertise in all aspects of residential and commercial property. My experience extends to dealing with residential, mixed use and commercial sales and acquisitions, leases, refinance portfolios, remortgages and transfers of equity.
I act for both commercial and residential property clients, acting for a number of clients with large property portfolios held for development and investment purposes.
I have a particular specialism in assisting clients with the purchase of high value country estates.
Recent Highlights
- I was instructed to deal with an acquisition of land, purchased by a commercial client with the intention of redevelopment. I then also dealt with the set up and onward sale of the development, with a value of approximately £6 million.
I qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2016.
