Laura is a solicitor who deals with a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. She works on behalf of both businesses and individuals.
She is regularly involved in representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings and she has experience in employer/employee negotiations, from settlement agreements to judicial mediation.
Laura provides practical advice on workplace matters and procedures and she regularly reviews and drafts employment documents.
Laura has experience in undertaking advocacy in the Employment Tribunal and is developing a specialism in providing advice to education organisations. She also regularly presents at legal update and training events.
Laura qualified as a solicitor in 2017.
