Kirsten is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney with over 15 years of experience and is our Group Trade Mark Manager.

Kirsten has advised many global household names on the development and protection of brands. Her experience includes contentious and non-contentious matters such as trade mark prosecution and enforcement, oppositions, revocations and invalidity actions.
Kirsten has a strong background in trade mark filing and prosecution. Having established the trade mark filing department of a leading City law firm, she then became the sole in house trade mark counsel at easyGroup, where she was responsible for the prosecution and enforcement of the easyGroup trade mark portfolio which includes the easyJet, easyCar and easyHotel trade marks, working directly with Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou.
She has advised a number of worldwide leading brands on their brand protection strategy, trade mark filing and prosecution programmes.
