I am a partner specialising in contentious restructuring and insolvency, leading the Birmingham Restructuring & Insolvency team. I advise insolvency practitioners, financial institutions and distressed businesses on complex, high-value disputes arising from financial distress.

My practice covers insolvency litigation, misfeasance and breach of duty claims, wrongful and fraudulent trading, and disputes arising from formal insolvency processes. I also have extensive experience in fraud investigations, asset recovery and cross-border asset tracing, helping clients identify, secure and recover value where assets have been misappropriated or concealed.
