Biography
Katie is an employment solicitor and advises on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including:

- Capability procedures
- Discrimination issues
- Whistle-blowing
- Redundancy and re-organisation
- Contract and policy review
- Negotiating sensitive exits and drafting associated documents
- Advising on and drafting
- Settlement Agreements.
Katie also helps clients with Employment Tribunal claims, from bringing and defending claims to the advocacy in Employment Tribunal itself. Katie is part of the firm’s internal advocacy team and regularly appears before the Employment Tribunal to represent our clients.
