I am a Solicitor in the Medical Negligence team based in Birmingham. I act exclusively for clients in clinical negligence cases against NHS Trusts, private practitioners, general practitioners (GPs) and dentists.
I run my own varied case load which includes cases involving a delay in diagnosis of cancer, gynaecological injuries and cases arising from sub-standard surgery.
I also specialise in cosmetic cases, and I have a particular interest in facial surgeries and breast augmentation surgeries cases arising as a result of sub-standard technique.
I also have experience helping people who have suffered psychological injuries as a result of sub-standard treatment and people who have experienced substandard dental treatment.
In addition, I assist on the team’s larger cases and have experience in working on cases involving profound brain damage, stroke, fatalities and neonatal death.
I previously worked within the International Personal Injury department at Irwin Mitchell where I gained experience in dealing with large group claims.
