Biography
I studied LLB Law and Business at Coventry University. I then completed my LPC at the College of Law in Chester (now the University of Law). I started my training contact in September 2011 and qualified in to the clinical negligence department in September 2013. I was promoted to associate solicitor in 2017 and then joined Irwin Mitchell as a Solicitor in Laura Daly’s team in August 2023.
I work closely with my supervising partner Laura Daly, and I am also developing my own varied caseload.
What do you like about working at Irwin Mitchell?
IM has a fantastic team working and supportive ethos.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
Being able to reassure clients, make them feel at ease and supported when they are going through stressful and challenging times in their life and achieving compensation for them which will make the difficulties they now face as a result of their injuries more manageable.
What inspired you to get into law?
I attended a local law firm for work experience and knew from that stage that I wanted to pursue a career in law. I have always wanted to help people in need of a representation.
What do you do away from the office?
Since a young age I have always been a keen horse rider. I also enjoy walking and spending time outdoors along with my 2 children, husband and family and friends.
