Biography
I specialise in corporate finance, covering both mergers and acquisitions and acquisition finance, and corporate governance. My role includes supervising the corporate transactions team in our Brighton office and our company secretarial team in our Gatwick office and advising SMEs on structuring, growth, financing and succession planning.
