I work in the Employment Team, assisting with the representation of both employees and employers who have the benefit of legal expense insurance funding. I support solicitors with Employment Tribunal disputes. These span across a wide range of areas including unfair dismissal, discrimination, breach of contract, whistleblowing and unlawful deduction of wages.
