Biography
Joe is a Solicitor in the High Net Worth and International Tax team at Irwin Mitchell, based in the firm’s London office. He has experience in advising both domestic and international clients on tax planning in relation to trust structuring, estate planning and succession.
Joe specialises in advising on the UK tax positions of international and onshore trusts, and acts for a variety of clients including non-UK domiciliaries and corporate trustees.
Joe also has a particular interest in US/UK cross-border estate planning and the taxation of individuals residing in those jurisdictions.
