Biography
Joanna is a solicitor in the Birmingham Employment Team. She previously worked as a HR advisor for a FTSE 250 company.
She advises clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. These include: employment contracts and policies, disciplinary and grievance matters, capability procedures, discrimination issues, redundancies and reorganisations, settlement agreements as well as Employment Tribunal litigation.
Joanna advises a range of clients in our manufacturing and education sectors.
