I am a solicitor in the Medical Negligence department of our Birmingham office. I represent clients who have suffered injuries while receiving care from GPs, NHS Trusts, and private practitioners.
My case load is very varied and involves ophthalmic claims, delays in diagnosis of cancer, still birth and neonatal deaths and cases involving fatalities. I also have experience of spinal and brain injury cases.

What do you like about working at Irwin Mitchell?
The best part of working at Irwin Mitchell is the people. I have never met somebody who is not friendly or willing to support another colleague. I have worked at Irwin Mitchell in various roles and teams since 2018 and I couldn't imagine working anywhere else.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
It is so rewarding to be able to secure a positive outcome for a client which means they can access rehabilitation and make a difference to their future.
What inspired you to get into law?
I was inspired to get into law because I was drawn to roles where I could make a direct impact on people's lives.
What do you do away from the office?
In my spare time I enjoy cooking, travelling as much as I can and taking my sausage dog for walks!
