Biography
I specialise in community care, healthcare, and mental capacity law, and particularly Court of Protection proceedings. My focus is on assisting clients to have their voices heard in proceedings regarding their health, welfare, and residence. I work to ensure that any decision is made lawfully and within the best interests of my clients.
What inspired you to get into law?
I wish to work as a solicitor to guide persons through technocratic systems and complex procedures. I strive to provide clear and unambiguous legal support, working positively for others in my wider community. I want to meet and build relations with the people surrounding me and improve an aspect of their lives for the better.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
The most rewarding thing I find about my role is meeting and getting to know people and advising them as to whether it is possible for them to, and how best they can achieve (if it is possible), the outcome they want to achieve. I also enjoy the fast-paced nature of the type of matters I assist with. Every day is different, and each day I complete work which I hope will positively impact the outcome for my client.
