Biography
I practice in the Serious Injury Department and I specialise and conduct exclusively international cases. This means that I assist UK citizens who have had serious accidents whilst either on holiday or working abroad and I also assist foreign citizens who have suffered injuries due to accidents in the UK.
Despite the accidents happening abroad, I am often able to litigate cases in England but I have also successfully brought cases in foreign jurisdictions all over the world. I have assisted with cases in many different circumstances where my clients have suffered catastrophic and life changing injuries. I regularly conduct cases in the High Court in England and I have also taken cases to both the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
What I aim to do in my job is to help seriously injured clients obtain the compensation they need not just to help them achieve a sense of justice but also to help them recover from their injuries as best they can.
The most rewarding aspect of my job is when I feel that I have made a material difference to the quality of a seriously injured client’s life.
I qualified as a solicitor in 2018.
