SXB v DHL Supply Chain Limited: my client’s vehicle was hit head-on by a lorry, causing the most severe brain injury and widespread orthopaedic injuries. He needed highly specialised rehabilitation over many years and will require 24/7 professional care for life. MNO v Various: my client was a young man who sustained a very severe brain injury when the driver of the car he was travelling in fell asleep at the wheel, crashed, and was then hit by another vehicle.
