Biography

I am a Restructuring and Insolvency associate based in our London office and focus on non-contentious matters, working on a range of restructuring and turnaround scenarios. I work with a variety of clients, including insolvency practitioners, secured lenders, boards of directors and unsecured creditors.

I joined Irwin Mitchell in April 2024, having qualified at a national firm in Birmingham in 2018 and relocated to London in 2021.

Key Highlights

  • Advising administrators and liquidators on major insolvencies of companies in the retail and hospitality sector on the sale of distressed businesses and assets and the subsequent wind-down of the insolvent seller's leasehold portfolio.
  • Advising the administrators of a major supplier of cabin interiors for multinational airlines and military aircraft on the pre-packaged sale of its business and assets.
  • Advising the board of directors of a tier 1 supplier for Jaguar Land Rover on their fiduciary duties and restructuring of its business in conjunction with a leading restructuring consulting firm.
