Recent successes include: Acting for a large US-based finance company who were the subject of a fraudulent car dealer in the UK and recovering a significant amount of their losses Acting for a private equity company in the city to recover their substantial success fee on a deal with a Scandinavian company.

Q: What were the most significant matters or deals you have led on?

I acted for 320 claimants who invested their funds in a Ponzi scheme based in the Cayman Islands. This was an incredibly complex case, working with a very diverse range of clients and a defendant who was in another country. However, I successfully managed to recover my clients’ losses.
