Holly specialises in Employment Law primarily advising employers of all sizes on both contentious and non-contentious issues. She provides HR and employment law advice to clients on all aspects including disciplinary and grievance issues, absence and performance management, discrimination and redundancy and restructuring.
She has considerable experience in this area along with having previously worked in HR roles within a range of various businesses.
- Advising a client on the implications of a winning tender which included consultation obligations and negotiations with the relevant Union
- Successfully defending an Employment Tribunal claim brought by a group of claimants who asserted that the respondent had dismissed them following an alleged TUPE transfer
- Conducting a significant audit of a client’s employment contracts with particular focus on the enforceability of the restrictive covenants.
Holly qualified as a solicitor in 2015.
