Biography
I am a solicitor in the immigration team, advising both business and personal clients. Having qualified over a decade ago, I can provide clients with an in-depth knowledge, combined with the ability to resolve extremely complex immigration issues.
My business client service includes preparing complex sponsor licence applications and advice on maintaining compliance. I also advise on leave to enter or remain in the UK for work and business purposes, intra-corporate transfers, health and care visas, visas for senior employees and dependant applications. My work on personal client service covers all stages from the initial visa application to ILR and British citizenship.
What inspired you to get into law?
I had a few lawyers in my wider family and listening to their stories made me want to follow in their steps and be a lawyer myself!
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
It is rewarding to receive a positive decision on the clients’ applications and help people and businesses to steer through the legal system and find ways to achieve desired outcome.
What do you do away from the office?
I do Pilates and Yoga, and love learning other languages.
