Biography
Gavin is a Partner in our Leeds office specialising in Corporate Finance. He advises businesses on a wide range of financial matters, including acquisitions and disposals, investments, equity fundraisings, shareholder arrangements, group reorganisations, joint ventures and corporate governance.
He has particular experience with clients in the financial services sector and the pharmaceuticals sector. Gavin acts for a number of family businesses and understands the particular features and issues involved.
Gavin is also recognised as a leading legal adviser in relation to limited liability partnership structures, including start-up, transfer, operation and termination.
