I am a Partner at Irwin Mitchell Scotland in personal injury litigation, specialising in cross-border and travel law, including international serious injury, aviation and package holiday cases.
I've acted in a number of complex and high-profile matters, such as the Clutha helicopter disaster and the catastrophic incident involving the US Navy research vessel RV Petrel.
I am a Notary Public. I'm a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers (PEOPIL).
