Fern is a Partner at Irwin Mitchell Scotland in personal injury litigation specialising in cross-border and travel law, including international serious injury, aviation and package holiday cases
She has acted in a number of complex and high profile matters such as the Clutha helicopter disaster and the catastrophic incident involving the US Navy research vessel RV Petrel.
Fern is a Notary Public. She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers (PEOPIL)
