Biography
I am a paralegal in Irwin Mitchell's Court of Protection team in London. I am responsible for managing my own caseload of clients who require a Professional Deputy appointed by the Court of Protection or Professional Trustee. Our clients have typically sustained a brain injury as a result of clinical negligence or personal injury and received substantial settlement funds which we manage with the authority from the court.
