Biography
Erica is an associate solicitor in our national Planning and Environment Team, part of the wider Real Estate team. She works with a variety of clients and advises on all aspects of planning and environmental law. She also provides support to the corporate and banking departments on transactional work in relation to planning and environmental due diligence.
Recent Highlights
I acted for Chase New Homes in obtaining planning permission for 96 new homes and various community facilities under the S62A Town and Country Planning Act 1990 special measures procedure.
