Biography
I am a solicitor in the Will, Trust and Estate Disputes team, based in our Gatwick office. I also spend some time in our London office.
I specialise in a range of different disputes involving contested wills, trusts and estate administration. These include but are not limited to:
- Will validity challenges
- Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
- Disputes between personal representatives, trustees and beneficiaries.
My ultimate goal in dealing with any dispute is to achieve a positive outcome for my clients in the most cost-effective way possible.
What Inspired You To Get Into Law?
I really enjoy being able to successfully tackle a difficult problem. I am also fascinated by people, which made a career in this area of law the natural choice for me!
What Is The Most Rewarding Aspect Of Your Role?
I like building a strong rapport with my clients and working closely with them to achieve a positive outcome.
What do you like about working at Irwin Mitchell?
Irwin Mitchell has a brilliant flexible working policy, which means I can work wherever and whenever is best suited to my clients’ needs and my own needs. My team are also extremely knowledgeable and supportive.
What Do You Do Away From The Office?
When I’m not at work, I’m a keen cook and love nothing more than making (and eating) a huge bowl of pasta. I’m also a classically trained pianist and singer (although quite out of practice…)

"A breath of fresh air...a credit to a profession that at its essence is a proud and noble one despite its far too frequent disappointments and failures. Your clients are very fortunate to have you in their corner, and I thank you sincerely for all you have done" - Ms A, Client
